The LPFA provided $187,000 at half the market rate of interest, saving $35,115 in future interest payments. <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-gold-color\">Delivered: March 24, 2022<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-medium-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-gold-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-gold-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-medium-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-no-margin\"><strong>Acadia Parish, Sales Tax District No. 2<\/strong> borrowed $1,600,000 to construct, maintain and improve public streets in the District. The LPFA provided $400,000 at half the market rate of interest, saving $40,189 in future interest payments. <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-gold-color\">Delivered: June 29, 2022<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-medium-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-gold-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-gold-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-medium-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DeSoto Parish, Waterworks District No. 1<\/strong> borrowed $2,000,000 to construct and acquire improvements and replacements for the district\u2019s drinking water system. The LPFA provided $500,000 at half the market rate of interest, saving $124,268 in future interest payments. <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-gold-color\">Delivered: July 27, 2022<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"is-style-no-margin\"><strong>Town of Cottonport, Water Revenue Bonds<\/strong> borrowed $600,000 to construct, acquire improvements, extensions and replacements to the Town\u2019s waterworks system. The LPFA provided $150,000 at half the market rate of interest, saving $33,873 in future interest payments. <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-gold-color\">Delivered: August 1, 2022<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-medium-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-gold-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-gold-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-medium-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Village of Loreauville <\/strong>borrowed $300,000 to construct, acquire, purchase equipment and improve the Village\u2019s fire protection facilities.
